Where do all of the events and activities take place?
Waterfront Park - 330 3rd St, Clermont, FL
Clermont is located 20 minutes west of Orlando at the intersection of US HWY 27 and State Road 50. From State Road 50 in Clermont, take East Avenue north one mile to Palm Avenue and the entrance to Waterfront Park. Waterfront Park is on the southern shores of Lake Minneola.
What is the cost?
$55 from August 15 - September 30, $60 from October 1 – October 31, $65 from November 1 – November 17, $70 on November 18 – November 19.
How do I register?
You can register in person on November 18 and 19 at Waterfront Park in Clermont. We highly recommend you register before November 19 to avoid the rush.
What is included in the cost?
If you register by November 1, you are guaranteed a complimentary T-shirt. All participants will have access to pre-ride breakfast, the food and water at the sag stops, and the post-ride meal.
Refund and Transfer Policy:
There are no refunds.
Transfers are available before September 30. Contact hh@floridafreewheelers.com for transfer instructions. After September 30 no transfers will be allowed.
Registration fees cannot be deferred to future Horrible Hundred events.
Do you have jerseys?
Yes, all event apparel will be made by Primal Wear. Jerseys will be available in race cut and sport cut in men’s and women’s sizes. Please see pricing and sizing chart on Apparel page. Apparel needs to be ordered by October 4, 2023.
When can I pick up my rider packet?
Packet pick-up will be from 10 am until 5 pm on Saturday, November 18 at Waterfront Park in Clermont, and from 6 am until 9 am on Sunday.
Do I need to be a racer to ride the Horrible Hundred?
No, riders of any ability can ride. The 70 and 100-mile routes are very challenging and you need to do some training rides to prepare. You can also ride any type of bike.

Are there restrooms at the start location?
There are restrooms trailside. There are also porta potties at Waterfront Park as well as at the sag stops.
Where can I park on Sunday morning?
There is a parking map on the web site or you can pick one up at Saturday check-in.
Will there be a pre-ride breakfast?
Yes, muffins, bagels, juice and coffee are included in your registration.
Do I need to wear my wristband?
Yes, your wristband identifies you as a registered rider and gives you access to the sag stops and the post-ride meal.
Can I buy a jersey and have you ship it to me?
No, all items must be picked up at ride check-in.
Can I give you my credit card information over the phone to pre-register?
No, you can register and pay online with your credit card.
Can I register at the ride start on Saturday or Sunday morning?
Yes. Payment is by cash, check or credit card on these days. Also the weekend registration prices are slightly higher and we encourage you to pre-register online.
Can I check in for my friend?
Yes, unless your friend has ordered apparel. Apparel must be picked up by the registrant unless an alternate person is arranged in advance.
Can a non-rider eat lunch?
Guests will be able to purchase meal tickets on site for $15.
Where can I rent a bike?
You can rent a bike from Trek Clermont.
